Stephen Powers created this project called A Love Letter For You, who teamed up with City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program and is sponsored by the Pew Center for Arts & Heritage through the Philadelphia Exhibitions Initiative. The general idea of this project is to express everything you ever wanted to say to a loved one, but through the medium of art as murals. Really creative, some even look fake. More images below.
