D.S.Dundee Autumn/Winter 2011 Campaign Book

After being impressed with D.S.Dundee’s Autumn/Winter 2011 lookbook we’ve now got our hands on some imagery from their campaign book which releases every year to slot alongside. More than ever in this collection we see some highly prominent Scottish elements filter in and really take hold of the branding, such as the tartan and the tweed. I have to say it’s a nice touch and isn’t overly strong in a form that could harm their aesthetic or visuals, just tweaking and enhancing.
From the selection of products the two items that I picked out from the webstore for AW11 was the Rutherford Jacket and the Moleskin overshirt. The Rutherford wax jacket from last year that seemed popular gets a makeover in canvas, coming with a detachable merino sheepskin collar, quilted elbow patch and back yolk, also handwarmer pockets. The other item that makes the short list is the Moleskin piece that takes inspiration from a painters overshirt made out of 100% cotton moleskin. Quite vivid but a nice Autumnal piece that could match you up with the beautiful orange leaves. If you’ve not had a gander of the new products from D.S.Dundee it would definitely be worth your attention, check out the campaign imagery above and below.
