Dana Lee Fall/Winter 2012 Collection Lookbook

Today we get a first look at the Dana Lee Fall/Winter 2012 collection shot by talented photographer Jody Rogac. We have featured Dana Lee many times on our blog and we’ll be supporting her through our shop also, stocking a variety of our favourite bits from Spring/Summer 2012.
Like every Dana Lee lookbook we’ve got brilliant photography which is very artistic in itself, beautiful tones and colours which compliment the clothing and also brings out the theming nicely. I think this sort of thing makes Dana Lee creatively a cut above the rest and I’m a big fan, as you can probably tell from my tone.
Some stand out pieces for me mainly revolve around the outerwear, which I think is a real upgrade from previous collections. Unique fabrics, simple and discreet textures with the odd dash of colour here and there to break it up. Very masculine, which is something I’m fond of as well, which isn’t something you always see too much of in the so called “fashion” world. But I think Dana brings something different to the table creatively and really showcases all the design elements and the quality speaks for itself to be honest. My only grudge with lookbooks is that we don’t get any information relating to the clothing and it’s production, it would be nice as a consumer to see what’s in store in terms of details. For that I guess we’ll have to wait for when the clothing hits the stores.
But this is a great preview, you can drool over these absolutely superb polaroids by Jody Rogac below. I’m pretty much in awe of each and every one. Enjoy.
