Junya Watanabe MAN Spring/Summer 2012 Presentation Summary Film
I’ve been keeping a beady eye out for the Junya Watanabe Autumn/Winter 2011 collection to filter into stores, luckily some of my favourite shops on the web are stocking the collection, for example Tres Bien Shop, Union LA, and Dover Street Market, so I can have a nice zoom in. You probably already know my interest in the textiles and also those little details inside the garments that make any designer weep, and you may have also seen our Nuji or Svpply account filling up with random items.
So it’s only natural when I stumbled across a short film that summed up the event in Paris that we covered back in June I would have to place it up. Like I’ve said previously, I think we all get wrapped up in looking forward we forget to see what’s infront of us already, maybe this video might refresh your memory or make you go back and have another look.
