Monitaly Spring/Summer 2011 Collection Lookbook
An absolute genius lookbook from the people over at Monitaly for Spring/Summer 2011, a small mens clothing brand owned by Meg Company Inc. You may have heard the name Meg Company pop up a few times, probably because these guys are also responsible for other labels such as Yuketen and Canada Goose. But Monitaly really take a stronghold for Spring and produce some tip top garments, all of which can be seen in this lookbook. The theming is a big winner, with the whole aesthetic revolving around a fisherman/woodman/outdoor aesthetic. Spending a lot of time with nature.
The clothes are pretty well suited to these situations as well, a lot of the garments come across as workwear based and are really easy to wear in lots of different situations. Reminds me slightly of the Engineered Garments lookbook for their new season, and that’s not a bad thing at all.
