Gieves & Hawkes Autumn/Winter 2010 Runway Show
Gieves and Hawkes, one of London’s most famous tailors, made their Menswear London Fashion Week debut a while back for Autumn/Winter 2010. I’m not really into the suiting business, although i do admire what these guys do and what they go through to get bespoke wear. It’s interesting none the less.
But this collection has turned quite fashion orientated, changing and developing with the times maybe? Who knows, but i like it, and i think it could work out for them. It’s good how they have scrapped the regimental theme which most suit fitters go for, making their line sharper and younger. They have also involved knitwear and other garments that we see trending at this current time.
