The shoot was actually staged in Brooklyn, inspiration coming from the work of Franz Gertsch, a Swiss painter known for his large format hyperrealistic portraits.

I think his name is Milton, but i don’t recognise him from any other fashion shoots. So maybe he is an amateur model?
