Cubism By Robert Gordon

From time to time we come across projects that seem to slip under everyones radar and not get viewed on a large scale, it must be pretty frustrating for the artist involved as its clear there work is good enough to reach a wider audience. A little while back Robert Gordon created Cubism a short film that Robert states was inspired by the likes of Picasso, Braque and Duchamp, Capturing the visual essence and techniques of cubism. I love the use of audio here Robert has taken an old voice over clip which discusses the concept of cubism, the speaker explains how it evolved and was used by many creative artists. It really does bring a original feel to the whole project though recycling old audio, i’m sure this piece would still be admired in ten, fifteen years time because of it.
