Doyald Young, A Logotype Designer

An inspiring short film made by Lynda about typographer, logotype designer, author, and teacher Doyald Young. Sadly, Doyald passed away two days ago on March 1st 2011, but his works will still live on for us to admire and enjoy. I was really touched when I watched it, and his attention to detail and passion for his craft encourages me to work hard at my own.

I’m hoping you guys will take away that same feeling with you, I very much recommend viewing his whole story in video form here.
