Rie takes inspiration from the landscape to create unique and stunning pieces, using a deep, radiant tone that is achieved through a process of mechanical polishing. By choosing to polish or not polish certain areas, Rie creates a cloudy look that is constantly changing depending on the time of day, the weather, and the person using it.
