Sub City New York by Sarah Klein and Tom Mason

As soon as the music by Erik Satie filtered in at the start of this short film I knew it was a winner. Dubbed as a “visual poem”, this piece is about that moment in New York when you emerge from the subway and find yourself in a new and sometimes unexpected world.

If you’ve been to any sort of city to will certainly relate to that feeling of exploration. The whole concept of this piece was dreamt up with Jennifer McClory and was filmed by Sarah Klein and Tom Mason. It would actually be quite interesting to see this put into play in other cities across the world. Watch on below and see what you think.
