Set of Photography by Parker Fitzgerald

So today I’m returning to the work of Parker Fitzgerald and his inspiring imagery, and if I’m being completely honest it was only going to be a matter of time before we revisited such a talented photographer. There is something about Parker’s work that really does just strike a chord with me, perhaps it’s his eye for detail or wonderfully candid approach but every time I see his work it makes me want to pick up my camera.

Mr Fitzgerald is a consistent creator of quality, and when I define consistent I mean very few days pass before Parker has presented my reader with something new to make me stop and admire what has been placed in front of me. Those who came across his quotes series will undoubtably realize the work rate of this guy, as he seems to have thrown himself into capturing portraits now after over a year of producing countless inspiring pieces for the project.

Using a combination of various medium format, 35mm and polaroid cameras I can’t actually think of a better advocate for traditional film photography than Parker. I think Brian Ferry will always be one of our favorite 35mm photographers, but looking at the sheer quality of Parkers portfolio for me somebody will have to go a long way to beat this chap.
