Ten Environments by Jake Stangel
Found a pleasant series to share with all of you by San Francisco based photographer Jake Stangel. He’s got a shed load of work on his site that is all of high quality so it was a hard choice when picking between different imagery. But this piece titled Ten Environments captured my eye the most, I love all the different scenarios and how they aren’t really linked in any way. Sort of random, but the colours, tones, and contrast are all very proper and make each photograph seem not only lighthearted but also fun.
My favourite picture of them all has to be the above photograph which features a man rowing a boat, beautiful sun rays flooding the wooden boat with the man evenly placed in the middle. The rest are also great so check them out below, head over to Jake’s website to view more of his work.
