Head On By Michael Koerbel

Director Michael Koerbel has been creating visual media for over a decade. As Koerbel completes his third year as a graduate student at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, he pursues a goal of working on feature-length projects. Today he brings us his latest project which is a short film Titled Head On, a Special project commissioned by Steven Spielberg, As the world over knows when Spielberg’s name is brought to the table something griping is often put in front of us and this short film from Koerbel is no different from that, He provides content to capture the viewer and put them in the mindset of the child featured in this piece. The Plot entales a young boy using his imagination to connect with a girl on a New York City subway, as the train is lit up with some fantastic animation the pair are lost in a moment of pure imagination. if only travel entertainment like this existed outside of our minds, perhaps traveling wouldn’t become so tedious.
