Photos by Kiyoshi Nakamura

Some really great photography by Japan based Kiyoshi Nakamura. The works that I picked out are fairly muted and offer a natural tone with lots of pastel colours. For example the blues and the whites.

My personal favourite is the third picture down which is titled Me, and me, a woman sitting opposite another woman. This young lady is staring through a window across a courtyard, all we can see is the back of her. Not sure if it’s staged, although it does look quite natural, but it’s more thought provoking than the rest and could quite easily be analysed.

Otherwise some really simple stuff that’s very much in an aesthetic that we love. Check out a few of my favourites below, feel free to head towards his flick for more.
