Dieter Rams Principles of Good Design by Cool Hunting

We are back with more design goodness, this time thanks to our friends over at Cool Hunting. They created this video with Mark Adams, Managing Director of the iconic shelving system Vitsoe.

An off-white wall-mounted shelving system with two drawers, a desk, books and a task lamp, shown with a chair.

As Mark shows off the shelving itself, he actually discusses Dieter Ram’s 10 principles of good design, giving an insight into Vitsoe as a brand and how they are related with Dieter and his principles. All shot at the Vitsoe headquarters in London.

Then underneath that video is one i pulled up from vimeo, which is quite old but still in collaboration with Vitsoe. Dieter Rams in conversation with the director of London’s Design Museum, Deyan Sudjic. Enjoy.
