Razzle Dazzle Revived by Live B Molvaer

This St Martins graphic design graduate, falling under the name of Live B Molvaer, has recently produced some graphically striking work called Razzle Dazzle Revived. Basically she has taken inspiration from World War I, in which ships were painted in to dazzle submarine gunners, causing perception problems when shooting. This inspired her to revive the technique with a touch of humour, painting a set of sweatsuits and making a little publication out of it. In theory the dazzled sweatsuits are meant to disorient and to some extent confuse any attacker from rivalling gangs.

Obviously this wouldn’t really work, but it’s great the way she has linked it all together. Check it out below.
