Escape By David West

Based in Texas David West ply’s his trade as an independent photographer creating various photo series and portraits of individuals, Today he brings us this compacted collection of imagery which is titled “Escape”. The stark black scenery presents the perfect backdrop with the focal point focused on the overall scene apposed to stand alone characters. The lighting on the faces of those seen here is just right, enough to see the features of each model without over emphasising the importance of their role in the image, this is done far too often. I think David has got the balance here the combination of style, theme and concept met together visually bringing a series that questions the mind of the viewer and opening their imagination.
