New at OEN Shop – KIYO Series by ZIKICO
We’ve been stocking works by ZIKICO since 2020 and are proud to introduce the KIYO series that just released for 2022.
Besides the wonderful minimalist design, the special thing about this cutlery is the zirconia material that they are crafted from. Zirconia is produced from minerals that have a hardness close to diamond or ruby and does not release metal ions. This means that the taste of the food is not impaired and is non-allergic.
The previous series titled SUMU featured a combination of resin and zirconia, but the KIYO series (inspired by the word Kiyorakasa in Japanese which means “Purity”) is completely crafted from zirconia and is quite a design feat.
