New Maker at OEN Shop – Pottery by Japanese Craftsman Keiji Tanaka

It’s been a busy few weeks prepping new releases but today I’m pleased to present the work of Japanese craftsman Keiji Tanaka.

I stumbled in to Keiji’s work earlier in the year and had the chance to visit his studio in a small town in Shiga Prefecture. I was drawn to the deep red and orange colours that he’s been able to manifest on the side of his pottery, making unique tableware that’s contemporary with a rustic edge that cuts through nicely.

Anyway, I hope to explain Keji Tanaka in more detail over the next week so I wanted to highlight a selection of his objects here for you to enjoy. Click the link below to see more of his work on offer.
