Fingerprint Series by Kevin Van Aelst

Keven Van Aelst lives and works in New Haven, Connecticut, a photographer and artist who was born in New York. Apart from teaching photography at varies Universities, photos of his can be seen weekly illustrating “The Medium” in the New York Times Magazine.

This series i picked out focuses on a fingerprint concept, in which he tries to recreate a fingerprint in various different everyday locations. A great idea, which i think he has pulled off magnificently. More photos from this series below.
